Estée Lauder wanted to better capitalise on the global opportunity with travelling Chinese tourists and ensure their travel retail approach could properly impact that market.

Hot Pot developed and implemented an end-to-end playbook covering all platforms and functions that delivered relevance with travelling Chinese consumers. The playbook was delivered to key marketing teams at 10 brands within the group and the Hot Pot Team was further engaged to deliver workshops to properly train relevant teams on campaign implementation using the platforms.
